EFT is a healing tool that incorporates traditional talk therapy with gentle stimulation of acupressure points. There is wide-ranging debate as to how EFT works -- whether it is through acupressure, spiritual energy, or neurological feedback mechanisms. What cannot be debated is EFT's incredible effectiveness. Trauma, post-traumatic stress, allergies and phobias fall away in anything from a single round of tapping (rare, but it happens) to hours or weeks; more complex trauma or phobias may be cleared in mere months. The things that take years in traditional talk therapy take only hours with EFT. For reasons that are not yet fully understood, EFT speeds up the clearing and healing process tremendously.
While many EFT practitioners combine EFT with other healing modalities, I use EFT almost exclusively. Habits that would require months for me to help a client break with hypnosis take only minutes using EFT. It becomes easy to pinpoint and neutralize core issues. EFT is simply the most effective shortcut to optimal mental, emotional, and spiritual health I have ever found. While it still takes work to heal past issues, you will start to see results almost immediately, and that positive feedback makes it much easier to keep doing the work that it takes to achieve a truly healthy life. |
